Denim

Jeans and I have a love/hate relationship.  I truly live in denim and am fortunate enough to be able to wear jeans to work.  I, however, have always had trouble finding that perfect jean for my body type.  I used to wear the gap real straight jeans, and they used to be my favorites.  However, they recently changed their style (WHY??!!!), and now I hate them.  There is this new, odd whiskering at the thigh, and they also seemed to have lowered their rise a bit.  Ick.

 

I've also, in the past, been a huge fan of Seven for All Mankind, especially their Dojo jean.  I used to wear this jean in college and loved it, but I feel like the rise is too low for me now (another fail).  

 

So now I'm in need of new jeans with no where to turn.  Help me, blog friends!!  What are your favorite jeans?

The Story of Us

My sweetie and I met on a blind date at a restaurant over two years ago.  I thought he was attractive, but it honestly wasn't love at first sight.  Our relationship developed over a few months into what we have now.  He is my match in every way.  He compliments and balances me every day, and I love him so much.  Before I met K, I had never realized that there could be such a thing as a true, uncompromising love.  I have that with him, and I am so excited to marry him in 23 days!!!
